Sensitive information is our business.
As part of DQUBE Solutions’ work, it is understood that there would be exchange of certain information that may be considered confidential, including data gathered as part of our data collection services.
To ensure the protection of such information, DQUBE Solutions will work closely with our clients to determine the best arrangement and most appropriate terms and conditions for the exchange of such information. If required, a signed confidentially agreement may be included as part of our service agreement with individual clients.
In the course of DQUBE Solutions’ operations, in addition to any information collected as part of project fieldwork or business-as-usual, any technical and business information relating to clients’ proprietary ideas, patentable ideas copyrights and/or trade secrets, existing and/or contemplated products and services, software, schematics, research and development, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and current or future business plans and models, regardless of whether such information is designated as confidential Information.
In addition to the above, we will also endeavour to protect any sensitive information which is disclosed by clients as part of their professional relationship with DQUBE Solutions and any such information will only be used for its intended purpose – as determined by the scope of the client’s project objectives.
DQUBE Solutions limits disclosure of any confidential information within our organisation to its directors, partners and/or staff on a need-to-know basis and will not disclose confidential information to any third party (whether an individual, corporation, or other entity) without the prior written consent of the relevant client. We will also have processes in place to ensure compliance with these confidentiality obligations by staff, agents, consultants and others who are permitted access to or use of any confidential information.
